The Boys & Girls Club operated a 22‑vehicle fleet (mostly 15- and 20‑passenger vans plus some pickups and trailers) and was unsure of the benefits telematics could provide. To gain visibility into vehicle use and mileage, the organization engaged GoGPS to deploy a GPS telematics/tracking system across its fleet.

GoGPS installed GPS units on all 22 vehicles, giving managers real‑time and historical trip data for vehicles that spend roughly 40% of their time offsite.
