The Conlan Company, a construction firm, was previously dependent on paper forms for safety and jobsite workflows, creating slow, manual processes for field crews, subcontractors, and superintendents. After moving into Procore, they discovered GoFormz and needed a simpler way to centralize collaboration, complete forms in the field, and reduce paperwork.

Using GoFormz, The Conlan Company digitized orientation packets, hot work permits, JHAs, and equipment checklists, using QR codes and automated routing to send completed forms directly into Procore. GoFormz and its integration helped improve visibility, eliminate re-entry, and streamline approvals, with one superintendent’s paperwork time dropping from 1.5–2.5 hours to just 20–30 minutes per day.
