ARC American, an electrical utility contractor, faced slow, paper-based workflows—long eight‑page “Unit Sheets,” lost or illegible documents, and a tedious payroll process—that hindered billing and project management. To modernize and centralize documentation, ARC American deployed GoFormz mobile forms and the GoFormz–Smartsheet integration to digitize Unit Sheets, timesheets, work orders, safety and HR forms for use on phones and tablets.

Using GoFormz connected to Smartsheet, ARC American pre‑populates fields, passes data between platforms, and attaches submitted PDFs to Smartsheet rows, streamlining project tracking and payroll. The GoFormz solution cut billing time dramatically (what once took a week can now be done in a day), enabled several users to bill 20–25 jobs per day, improved data accuracy and legibility, and centralized record‑keeping and operational visibility.
