Pacific Seafood, a seafood harvesting and processing company operating across multiple locations and vessels, needed real-time access to food quality data and a better way to manage paper forms used in the field. Before GoFormz, the team struggled with wet or damaged paperwork, manual data entry into Word and Excel, and the need to retain records for audits, making reporting slow and inefficient.

GoFormz implemented digital forms with PDF upload, automated workflows, image capture, checkbox groups, user groups, and integrations with SharePoint and SQL. As a result, Pacific Seafood cut paper form completion time from about 45 minutes to roughly half that, improved mobility for field teams, automated approvals and storage, and digitized more than 11,000 forms while enabling real-time dashboards and easier access to records.
