Schenk Tanktransport Eliminates paper-based inefficiencies and increases transparency with digital forms and reporting

Schenk Tanktransport, an international tank-transport company with over 1,400 employees, faced slow, paper-based Driver Observation and activity workflows that created data bottlenecks and lengthy processing times. To digitize and streamline field inspections and reporting, Schenk adopted the GoFormz Mobile Forms platform (GoFormz) beginning in April 2014.

Using GoFormz, Schenk converted paper forms into mobile templates (now over 30), added images, signatures and automatic calculations, and automated routing into a centralized database. The solution sped up inspections, improved data accuracy and reporting, enabled automatic delivery of completed forms to relevant personnel, reduced form-processing time three‑fold (from three days/week of one FTE to one day), and delivered “tens of thousands of Euros” in reported savings for Schenk — all enabled by GoFormz.
