Romo Durable Graphics, a 60‑year manufacturing firm that supplies decals, labels and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services, needed a faster way to collect and process inventory data from customer sites to reduce production delays. To address this, Romo implemented GoFormz’s mobile Vendor Managed Inventory forms to digitize VMI data capture and incorporate barcode scanning.
GoFormz enabled Romo’s drivers and customer service reps to scan product barcodes on-site, auto-populate forms with ERP-referenced part and PO numbers, and instantly route pre-filled orders to the back office—eliminating paper handoffs that could cost up to a day of production. As a result, GoFormz’s solution sped data entry, automated ordering workflows, and gave Romo more production time and scheduling flexibility.
