Roadbridge Establishes Mobile Workforce Experience with GoFormz Achieves Instant Access to Field Data

Roadbridge, an Irish civil engineering firm working on projects worldwide, faced difficulty getting field teams to complete paper paperwork on-site—especially in remote areas with poor mobile coverage. In 2014 they adopted GoFormz’s mobile electronic forms (used alongside Box for offline access) to digitize safety, environmental and quality checklists so crews could fill out documentation directly in the field.

GoFormz recreated Roadbridge’s paper forms as mobile templates and rolled them out to 45 users across Ireland and the UK for safety checks, site inspections, watercourse reports, permits and quality inspections. The GoFormz solution eliminated incomplete fields, freed up staff time, enabled offline capture with later syncing, improved information sharing (including site photos) and delivered faster, professional documentation that teams and clients can use immediately—benefits that have measurably improved efficiency and data availability.
