RMK Trucking LLC, a nearly 40-year transportation and logistics company, relied on handwritten paper freight forms that were often lost in transit and required administrators to rekey data into QuickBooks—an inefficient process that could take three hours or more. To modernize documentation and speed billing, RMK Trucking turned to GoFormz to digitize their freight, equipment, accident, and leave forms and integrate mobile data with QuickBooks.

GoFormz implemented mobile digital forms with image and signature fields plus a GoFormz–QuickBooks integration that automatically creates estimates, invoices, and QuickBooks line items from submitted forms.
