PurAir, a medical oxygen supplier, struggled with paper production forms that were frequently misplaced, illegible, or non‑compliant with strict FDA record‑keeping rules, causing costly rework and administrative delays. To address this, PurAir implemented GoFormz’s digital forms and automated workflows to digitize their production forms while meeting FDA standards.

GoFormz replicated PurAir’s paper forms with form logic, data validation, automated routing to a Quality Control Unit, and secure cloud storage, eliminating many opportunities for human error and accelerating completion. The move has saved roughly $5,000 a year in labor, recovered about an hour per day for staff, improved compliance and professionalism, and set the stage for expanding GoFormz to field operations and integrations with SharePoint/OneDrive.
