Omega Construction Pre-populates daily logs and streamlines payroll processing

Omega Construction, a commercial construction firm, needed faster, more consistent, and higher-quality job-site data and wanted to replace cumbersome Excel spreadsheets for daily logs, time entry, safety and COVID‑19 screening. In May 2017 they turned to GoFormz to digitize those paper and spreadsheet processes using mobile, dynamic forms tied to their ERP.

GoFormz implemented auto‑populated, logic‑driven mobile daily logs (with Drop Down data sources, image fields and dynamic visibility) so completed forms are instantly available to the back office and exported into payroll. The GoFormz solution eliminated redundant data entry, improved data accuracy and reporting (e.g., rainfall totals), accelerated daily‑log completion and saved Omega several administrative hours per week.
