Octink, a London-based producer of display graphics, signage and site hoardings, needed a way for installers to rapidly complete detailed installation reports and integrate those reports with internal systems. To modernize workflows and reduce manual steps like separately emailing photos, Octink turned to GoFormz and its digital mobile forms to replace paper installation reports.

GoFormz digitized Octink’s installation forms, adding pre-populated fields (via QR codes and a web-app integration), image and barcode fields, and automated status updates into Octink’s systems. As a result, GoFormz delivered faster form completion, measurable time savings, higher data accuracy, fewer human errors, and reliable automation that updates job status when forms are submitted.
