The results were substantial: one timesheet process dropped from two-and-a-half days to 10 seconds, new-hire data entry time fell by 75%, and the client saw roughly $500,000 in annual savings from a single process, with another business unit saving about $500,000 by documenting equipment condition and avoiding unnecessary charges.
