Muller Management, an independent McDonalds franchisee that operates 21 locations in the Atlanta Metro Area, needed a digital way to shorten time-consuming, error-prone review and audit processes without sacrificing data accuracy. After trying paper and Excel workflows, Muller Management adopted GoFormz mobile forms to replace paper forms and spreadsheets for service reviews, cash audits, performance reviews, health inspections and customer experience forms.
GoFormz digitized the franchise’s existing forms and added features like auto-email routing, auto-calculations, drop-down store selection and checkbox logic, eliminating manual rekeying and reducing human error. As a result, Muller Management improved data accuracy and collection efficiency, sped up form completion across six key forms (including monthly internal health inspections), and significantly reduced time spent on documentation thanks to the streamlined GoFormz workflows.
