Inspecta, a European industrial and field inspection and certification company with 1,600 professionals across 90 locations, was hampered by error-prone, manual handling of inspection, work order and certification forms spread across laptops, shared drives and devices. To centralize data and streamline processes while keeping its existing ServiceMax environment, Inspecta adopted GoFormz (integrated with ServiceMax) to digitize mobile forms and attachments.

GoFormz implemented ServiceMax-integrated mobile templates that pre-populate fields, sync completed forms and attached PDFs back to ServiceMax in near real time, and create linked report objects for faster processing. The GoFormz solution produced a 15% increase in field inspector efficiency, much faster billing cycles, higher customer satisfaction and improved documentation quality; Inspecta is now expanding GoFormz across multiple countries.
