Indrutec, a Dortmund-based compressed air service provider, was struggling with illegible triplicate paper forms, missing documentation, and delayed customer invoicing. To digitize field workflows and enable mobile data capture, Indrutec adopted GoFormz’s mobile forms platform and industry-specific API integration to replace paper service reports, timesheets, and feedback forms.

GoFormz digitized Indrutec’s triplicate forms so technicians can complete reports on iPads, capture images and e-signatures, and automatically route completed documents to clients, staff, and their integrated business system. As a result (per Indrutec), GoFormz dramatically reduced time spent on service reports, eliminated rekeying, increased process efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, and provided real-time access to richer, complete data and accurate employee timesheets.
