Furniture Medic Equips Dealers with GoFormz to Standardize Data Collection and Complete Inspections Faster

Furniture Medic, the world’s largest furniture repair and wood restoration franchise with over 80 dealers, faced inconsistent, paper- and spreadsheet-based inspection workflows that slowed claim validation and threatened a 72-hour submission deadline. To standardize data capture, embed photos in forms, and generate insurer-ready PDFs from the field, Furniture Medic turned to GoFormz and its mobile GoFormz inspection forms on iPad.

GoFormz implemented a standardized, mobile inspection form that embeds photos and auto-generates PDFs for insurance adjusters, plus mobilized customer authorizations and invoices. As a result, GoFormz standardized dealer inspections, decreased inspection completion time (shaving days off inspections and claim approvals), cut time spent on follow-up calls from adjusters, increased insurer satisfaction, and is now included in Furniture Medic’s new-dealer training so dealers can close claims faster and book more business.
