Energy Efficiency Resources (EER), a Michigan-based energy consulting firm, faced a slow, error-prone quoting process driven by long, multi-page utility rebate applications that duplicated information and cost time and money. To address this, EER turned to GoFormz to digitize their rebate, quoting, audit, and credit forms and reduce manual busywork.

GoFormz automated key tasks—auto-filling fields from EER’s product and customer databases, performing calculations, auto-emailing completed forms, and uploading records to Google Drive and Sheets (with a QuickBooks Online invoicing integration rolling out). The solution saved at least 20 minutes per quote (over 75 hours annually), roughly $5,000 in labor, and prevented tens of thousands of dollars in errors while improving accuracy and streamlining record-keeping.
