Doré Designs, a Cape Coral, Florida-based retailer with sales representatives spread across multiple states, struggled with a paper-heavy process for collecting event paperwork. Using GoFormz, they had to assemble and FedEx binders of forms to reps and wait days or weeks for documents to come back, creating delays, lost paperwork risks, and administrative headaches.

GoFormz digitized Doré Designs’ existing paper forms, including alteration sheets, by turning PDFs into mobile-friendly digital forms that reps could complete on tablets and instantly share. The change made data easier to read, improved communication between sales reps and seamstresses, and gave customers a more polished experience. Doré Designs said the new process saved about an entire week of turnaround time, reduced paperwork burdens, and helped the business keep operating smoothly even during COVID-19 and after hurricane-related disruption.
