Farrans, a UK-based construction and engineering contractor, was overwhelmed by handwritten site paperwork that was frequently lost, damaged, and required slow manual processing. To solve this, Farrans adopted GoFormz to digitize safety checklists and inspection forms so site engineers could complete familiar-looking digital PDFs on tablets and instantly route submissions.

GoFormz implemented PDF-based mobile forms with checkbox fields, image capture, and automated workflows to deliver completed forms to the Site Secretary and Farrans’ management systems. The GoFormz solution eliminated damaged paper forms, improved client reporting and on-site adoption, and delivered an estimated time savings of about 60 hours per day.
