ChartWorld, a global specialist in digital-navigation services, was struggling with time-consuming paper processes as it scaled—engineers printed, completed, signed, hand-delivered and then rekeyed service reports and checklists, delaying invoicing and creating data redundancies. To solve this, ChartWorld adopted GoFormz to digitize service reports and commission checklists and integrated those forms with Salesforce.

Using GoFormz, ChartWorld dispatches case-specific digital forms to engineers, who submit signed reports from the field that automatically update Salesforce cases (with mapped fields and PDF attachments).
