Balmain & Co., a Melbourne-based developer and builder of high-end residential projects, needed a better way to manage handover and post-construction customer care across their mid–high rise apartments. To complement their Balmain & Care program and address fragmented incoming information and slow defect resolution, Procore introduced Balmain & Co. to GoFormz; they implemented GoFormz online forms with the Public Forms feature and a Procore integration.

GoFormz provided logic-driven public forms that capture required details, photos and urgency categorization from purchasers, residents and building managers and automatically sync those reports into Procore for assignment and tracking. The GoFormz/Procore solution delivered seamless data flow, real-time access to submissions, fewer calls and emails, improved operational visibility and faster scheduling of repairs — improving productivity, response times and overall customer service for Balmain & Co.
