HallWay Plumbing, a family-owned plumbing contractor serving residential and commercial builders across the Southeastern U.S., needed a digital form solution after its ERP transition to Acumatica left a gap in custom field forms. The company relied on paperless workflows to capture jobsite data from field supervisors, support quality control, and calculate subcontractor payments, and turned to GoFormz for an integrated solution.

GoFormz implemented a workflow engine connected to Acumatica and SharePoint, using conditional logic and digital forms for pre- and post-installation checks, service work orders, and appointment completion. This allowed HallWay Plumbing to automatically route data between the field and office, save PDFs, and generate AP bills based on completed work, helping the company streamline operations and keep its business running efficiently; HallWay Plumbing also plans to use GoFormz data for SQL Server and Power BI analytics.
