Arixio implements GoFormz to optimize electronic signature capture and shift their form storage to the Cloud

Arixio, a cloud computing and hardware company in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, needed a mobile forms solution to eliminate paper workflows, capture multiple signatures on a single document regardless of order or timing, and automate form storage and distribution. Seeking a way to digitally transform existing PDFs without retraining staff, Arixio implemented the GoFormz Platform to meet those requirements.

GoFormz enabled multi-touch signature fields, collaborator access so teammates can sign independently, automatic emailing of completed forms, and cloud syncing for instant storage. As a result, GoFormz removed the need for physical hand-ins, required no new training, and saved Arixio at least an hour per week per user while streamlining contractor agreements, quotes, and other forms.
