Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering (LSSE) faced slow, paper-based field workflows where handwritten forms, isolated data, and manually handled survey photos wasted hours and obstructed reporting. To address this, LSSE adopted GoFormz to digitize its forms collection and enable mobile data capture, image extraction, and preservation of official form layouts.

GoFormz implemented mobile forms, Automated Workflows, upsert functionality and dynamic photo/file naming and storage (integrated with OneDrive), which streamlined data capture, routing, and record-keeping. The result: over 7,000 mobile forms completed, “thousands of dollars” saved, dramatic time savings from automated photo renaming and storage, fewer redundancies, improved project visibility, and more accurate reporting thanks to required fields and embedded logic.
