Swissport Cargo Services, a global cargo handler operating at 104 airports and moving over 4.3 million tonnes annually, faced a critical safety and liability challenge: many types of ground support equipment require specific training, but there was no enforced policy to prevent under‑trained staff from operating specialized vehicles.
