Forest Trotter, a La Crete, Alberta–based logging and hauling company, faced poor visibility and heavy paperwork across vehicle tracking, trip time calculation, pre/post trip DVIRs, driver behaviour, HOS compliance, cycle time reporting and maintenance scheduling. After other systems fell short on administration and reporting, they engaged GoFleet and adopted Geotab-enabled GO9 GPS devices, ZenBeacon/Cellular Beacons and Cycle Time Reports to digitize and centralize data collection.

GoFleet implemented the Geotab hardware and Cellular/Zen Beacon tracking alongside Cycle Time reporting, delivering automated DVIRs, accurate trip timing, HOS/NSC monitoring and granular activity logs (loading, unloading, stops, idle time).
