How GoContractor Changed the Contractor Onboarding Process at ISG

ISG, a leading construction services company delivering the £125m UBS London outfitting, faced the challenge of onboarding and orienting over 3,000 workers while securely managing thousands of health & safety documents. To replace slow, paper‑based processes and long onsite orientations, ISG adopted the GoContractor online onboarding platform (formerly Initiafy) to deliver pre‑site registrations, training and document collection.

GoContractor’s platform provided online safety orientations, mandatory document and picture uploads, secure worker profiles and instant access to medical and training records—features ISG used throughout the project. The result: orientation time dropped from about 35–40 minutes to 15–20 minutes, ISG has run over 3,000 sessions, daily orientation administration is now handled by one person in roughly 40 minutes, emergency data was accessed immediately in a medical incident, and the company reports saving thousands of hours in training and administration thanks to GoContractor.
