Textbroker, a Las Vegas–based content provider, struggled with paper‑heavy HR processes, slow onboarding, manual data entry, and an unresponsive benefits broker before switching HR systems. In March 2017 they selected GoCo’s HR platform (including features like Magic Docs and e-signing) to replace their previous HRMS and address compliance, onboarding, and benefits administration challenges.

GoCo implemented a centralized HR platform, Magic Docs auto-fill and e-signatures, and dedicated customer support to streamline onboarding, benefits enrollment, time‑off tracking, and compliance communications. As a result, Textbroker says onboarding time was cut in half, processes that once took days now take minutes, compliance rollouts (e.g., NY harassment materials) can be completed within an hour, and employee satisfaction and HR responsiveness significantly improved thanks to GoCo’s support.
