The company reported that GoCo required no training or systems administrator, helped eliminate a separate systems role, reduced questions and frustration, and made HR more efficient and scalable. Zen Asset Management also said it was able to downsize its HR department, while employees could focus more on their jobs instead of complicated HR workflows.
