Pro-Techs Surfacing, a civil construction company based in Copley, OH, installs rubber playground surfaces across the U.S. Its paper-based system for work orders and inspections caused delays, miscommunications, and rework, and folders had to be returned to the office before billing could begin. The company also needed a more professional way to document jobs for customers.

In 2018, Pro-Techs Surfacing implemented GoCanvas to digitize job information sheets, site inspections, OSHA injury reports, and incident reports, with data flowing into Quickbase. Using GoCanvas, the team digitized thousands of forms and completed more than 900 site inspections, while reducing receivables registration time by up to two weeks. GoCanvas also improved customer communication with detailed reports and photos and supported year-over-year growth.
