TE3CO provides mission-critical pressure relief technology and services to customers across the oil and gas industry. As the company grew from 3 units to over 140 units across the U.S. and Canada, its spreadsheet- and email-based ticketing process became time-consuming, hard to track, and an “absolute nightmare,” according to John Kovac, Technology Integration Manager at TE3CO.

TE3CO partnered with GoCanvas and GoCanvas Analytics to automate data entry, streamline data collection in one database, and track field tickets in real time. The company said the change reduced month-end closeout from the 15th or 16th of the following month to the first or second, freed up 20-30 man-hours per month, saved about $60,000 per year in resource efficiency, and cut leading-indicator analysis from three days to 10 minutes.
