Lumen, an enterprise technology platform, used GoCanvas to help its Critical Infrastructure team replace paper service and preventative maintenance reports. Before the change, technicians completed inspections on paper, returned the forms to a central office, scanned them, and attached the reports to database entries, which took time away from field work.

With GoCanvas, Lumen’s CI team completed service and PM reports on mobile devices and sent the data directly to its content management system. GoCanvas also helped the team consolidate 15 paper service reports into a single digital form, reducing duplicate data entry and routing work automatically.
