Fulmax, a pest control services company based in Monterrey, Mexico, handled nearly 600 services each month and tracked service details on paper forms. The company used those forms to record pest locations, work performed, and service times, but carbon copies were hard to read, easy to lose, and slowed billing.

In February 2013, Fulmax moved to GoCanvas mobile apps for business, using smartphones to complete service reports, Dispatch to send job information, and automated PDF reports with photos and date and time stamps. GoCanvas helped Fulmax send reports immediately to clients, reduce trips back to the office, spend less time on the phone, and do more billable work, while leaving only schedules and maps on paper.
