FECC, a hazardous waste haulage and disposal provider based in Orlando, Florida, was struggling to manage a growing volume of paper-based paperwork as its services expanded. The company said lost forms, inconsistent reporting, and slow turnaround times made it hard to track information from drivers and technicians in real time and created billing issues.

FECC implemented GoCanvas mobile forms to digitize work orders, inspections, safety logs, and other field documents, with submissions routed for approval and tied into its accounting workflow. The company says the change delivered over $116,000 in total net annual savings, including more than $114,000 in productivity savings and more than $2,600 in paper savings, while improving billing speed and data accuracy.
