UNICEF required a solution to manage its dynamic and flexible working environment, where team members needed to book both permanent and shared desks and meeting rooms easily. The organization turned to the vendor GoBright for a software and hardware solution to address this challenge.

GoBright implemented its Meet and Work system, which included Desk Booking software and Room Booking room panels with LED lighting for clear availability signaling. This solution, which used ProDVX hardware, made reserving spaces through Outlook simple and intuitive. As a result of implementing GoBright's system, UNICEF was able to reduce its required number of desks by ten, successfully supporting its dynamic way of working.
