A GoBright Case Study
Strukton Worksphere, a company providing facility services, faced a challenge with its inefficient and opaque process for booking meeting rooms. Employees had to contact a service desk to check availability and make reservations, which offered them no direct insight into room schedules. The company sought a more accessible booking solution and partnered with the vendor GoBright to address this issue.
The solution implemented was GoBright Room Booking and GoBright Wayfinding, which included touchscreens outside each meeting room for immediate reservation without desk intervention. GoBright also provided a new catering module, creating one efficient platform for all needs. The system was very well received by employees, and its mobile app offered flexibility for colleagues on the road. The implementation included 37 room licences and 250 desk licences across two locations.
