The customer, Rechenzentrum Volmarstein GmbH (RZV), a growing SAP partner for the medical industry, faced the challenge of finding a solution that supported a modern, health-focused, and sustainable work environment during their office renovation. An interior designer recommended the vendor, GoBright, whose software and hardware, including the GoBright Connect system, were seen as a perfect fit for their new office desks.

The solution implemented by GoBright combined its Connect and Glow products to manage desks equipped with height-adjustable bases. A key feature was a hygienic function where the Connect device turned purple after a desk was used, facilitating targeted cleaning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, an interactive mapping system allowed employees to find and book workspaces easily. As a result, RZV achieved its goal of a healthier office and streamlined desk booking. The vendor, GoBright, also provided a platform that RZV planned to expand with lockers and meeting room booking integrations in the future.
