A GoBright Case Study
The customer, Orange Cyberdefense, faced the challenge of adapting to a new hybrid way of working post-Covid-19, requiring a flexible system to manage office capacity and safely facilitate employees returning to their new building. They partnered with vendor GoBright to implement solutions for desk and room booking to organize this flexible workweek.
The solution implemented by GoBright included its Desk Booking and Room Booking software, which allowed managers to set capacity limits and let employees easily reserve workspaces via an app. GoBright's Visitor Registration system was also implemented to modernize and streamline the welcome process for guests. Through their partner BIS Econocom Belux, GoBright's solutions prepared the Orange Cyberdefense office for hybrid working, making the process of reserving a desk or room simple and user-friendly for employees.
