IJsselheem, a company in elderly healthcare, needed a solution for desk and room booking after a major office renovation. They lacked insight into workspace occupancy and, after the pandemic, their employees wanted to work more flexibly. They specifically required a system that integrated with MS Teams for hybrid meetings.

The solution was implemented by GoBright, which provided its Room Booking and Desk Booking systems along with Microsoft integrations. This gave employees easy visibility into room availability and streamlined the booking process. The results transformed their workspace allocation for 120 colleagues using 70 desks, leading to near-full room occupancy daily. The success of this project has served as an internal business case for expanding the concept to other IJsselheem locations.
