Houdijk Holland, a machine factory and family business based in the Netherlands, faced a challenge in managing the bookings for its nine meeting rooms as the company grew. Their director was impressed after seeing GoBright's products in use elsewhere and wanted to implement a modern, innovative solution for their own room management.

The solution implemented by GoBright, delivered through reseller AENC, included Room Management software and Room Panel hardware for each meeting room. After a short training, employees could easily book rooms online, via an app, or using the interactive displays. The system was quickly adopted by staff and proved so successful that Houdijk Holland is now working with GoBright on a second project to renew their visitor registration system.
