CHG-MERIDIAN Italia S.p.A., the Italian office of an independent technology leasing specialist, faced a challenge with office space. The company's steady growth meant it had more employees than available desks, a situation made more complex by the prevalence of hybrid working. They needed a way to manage their limited workplace resources efficiently without having to physically expand their office.
GoBright implemented its Desk Booking solution, which included desk connectors and an interactive map, to provide real-time visibility into desk and room availability. This allowed employees to reserve a guaranteed workspace and enabled the company to optimize its existing 35 desks. The result was the ability to support a growing workforce within the same physical footprint, maximizing the use of their space. GoBright also provided Room Booking panels for their two meeting rooms to further enhance workplace management.
