Vacations and activities for the Electricity and Gas Industries

CCAS (Caisse Centrale d’Activités Sociales), which centralizes social activities for the Electricity and Gas industries, faced fragmented offer publishing across web, print and mobile with no central data management system. This led to long, error-prone update processes, degraded content quality, no update tracking and time-consuming coordination with print suppliers. Goaland was engaged to deliver a PIM-based solution (Alpia PIM) to optimize multi-channel information management and streamline publishing.

Goaland implemented Alpia PIM using an agile approach with a POC and production rollout, designing a unified data model, defining workflows and automating flows between Alpia PIM, the Phraseanet DAM and CCAS IS, plus structured exports to InDesign/EasyCatalog. The result was centralized, consistent omnichannel communication, improved content quality and traceability, and rationalized working procedures — an increase in productivity that has enabled CCAS to speed updates and create new offers.
