Weber Saint-Gobain, a world leader in mortar-based solutions, needed to keep its automated print production running while the Group rolled out a centralized MDM to manage product reference documents. To synchronize complex structures and improve print-ready information for 350 products distributed to 4,000 distributors across 10 countries, Weber Saint‑Gobain commissioned Goaland to connect the new MDM with its existing Arsia / Alpia PIM platform and support communication teams on formatting and a new graphic charter.
Goaland designed XML data flows and an automated import into the Arsia / Alpia PIM, implemented data‑improvement and layout rules, added PDF retrieval for web circulation, and automated the production of product sheets and a 500‑page catalog. The Goaland implementation preserved continuity of print production, delivered consistent omnichannel communication between the MDM and Arsia / Alpia PIM, and enabled streamlined publication across 10 countries for Weber Saint‑Gobain’s 350 products and 4,000 distributors.
