To centralize and streamline these processes, Yves Rocher partnered with Goaland and deployed the Arsia platform to manage translations, customizations and campaign assets.
Goaland implemented Arsia with a centralized content repository, automatic synchronization, configurable user rights and validation workflows plus a campaign management module, enabling collaborative proofreading and country-specific adaptations. The solution now supports work across 46 subsidiaries and 70,000 digital assets, lets headquarters monitor and approve documents before print, and significantly reduced manual handling while increasing efficiency in managing the 4,000 annual documents—demonstrating clear operational consolidation and faster go-to-market for Yves Rocher.
