Implementation of Alpia PIM and Arsia for your print productions

Eurocoustic, a Saint‑Gobain brand and manufacturer of stone wool ceilings and wall panels with about 1,500 product references and over 500 distributors, struggled with fragmented product data, time‑consuming manual production of printed materials, and manual updates of multilingual website content (6 languages across 4 countries). Goaland was engaged to centralize and streamline product information using a PIM/MDM/DAM approach (Alpia) and Arsia’s contextualized publication capabilities to address these challenges.

Goaland designed and standardized a unified data model, configured Alpia and its API feeds for automatic website supply, automated print production workflows, set up user profiles and access rights, and provided change management and training. As a result, Eurocoustic now manages a single source of truth for 1,500 SKUs across 6 languages/4 countries, reduced print production costs and dependence on external designers, increased team autonomy and responsiveness, and significantly accelerated time‑to‑market.
