Media-Participations, a Franco‑Belgian publishing, press and audio‑visual group managing about 200,000 references and ~4,000 new titles a year, faced fragmented product data spread across intranets and hundreds of Excel files. To centralize, standardize and automate product information and print outputs, they engaged Goaland to deploy Alpia PIM (with Arsia for automated print media).

Goaland ran workshops, connected Alpia PIM to systems via Talend ESB and REST APIs, implemented SSO, role‑based workflows, ElasticSearch, ONIX distribution and automated print generation with Arsia. The result: a single source of truth used by 200+ active Alpia users, elimination of manual Excel exchanges, continuous data‑quality measurement and faster, more accurate publishing cycles with automated multichannel distribution.
