National Trades Union Congress helps 85,000 workers self-register in under two months with GO1

The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Learning Hub, a learning enterprise of Singapore's national trade union centre, faced the challenge of supporting the country's workforce remotely during the COVID-19 outbreak. A key hurdle was determining if workers would adopt bite-sized online learning from a variety of content providers, moving away from traditional face-to-face training methods.

Partnering with GO1, NTUC LearningHub curated a library of off-the-shelf courses aligned with future skills needs. The GO1 platform allowed for personalized recommendations and trackable learning. This solution led to 85,000 workers self-registering in under two months, far exceeding initial goals, and resulted in over 20 million minutes of learning completed.
