Keeping CAMILLA’s retail and HQ Tribe Members engaged in employee training

CAMILLA, the iconic Australian lifestyle brand, needed a better way to keep its roughly 250 retail and HQ Tribe Members engaged in learning as the business expanded across Australia and the US. With face-to-face training becoming inconsistent across dispersed teams, CAMILLA turned to Go1 to provide a flexible online learning and development platform that could support both internal content and broader training needs.

Go1 implemented a simple, brand-aligned learning hub that gave CAMILLA staff access to policies, recorded workshops, and the Go1 Content Hub anytime, at home or in store. The result was a stronger learning culture, improved engagement during COVID, and easier communication with US teams across time zones; CAMILLA is now also planning to launch an onboarding program through Go1 for new store staff.
