Surrey County Council, a large public-sector organization with over 10,000 employees, needed a faster, more streamlined way to deliver learning and development across many teams. Before partnering with Go1, the council created its own eLearning content in an authoring tool, a process that took months from inception to delivery, and they also needed a broad course library that fit a public-budget and improved user experience.

Go1 provided Surrey County Council with a large eLearning content library and a more agile way to quickly tailor courses for different staff groups, including compliance and service-specific training. The council went live with an up-to-date library and saw strong adoption, with 10,000+ users generating 20,000 to 21,000 portal hits per month; Go1 also helped increase engagement and support learning on the go across the workforce.
