A GO1 Case Study

Preview of the Bentleys Case Study

How Bentley's is building a culture of knowledge sharing with Go1

Bentleys, an international network of advisory and accounting firms with more than 700 staff across Australia, New Zealand and China, wanted to strengthen its learning and development program and create a culture of knowledge sharing. Before working with Go1, the HR team was managing training manually, including CPD tracking, soft skills learning, and internal development programs like Bentleys Career Builder and the Future Leaders Program.

Bentleys implemented the Go1 eLearning platform as a single source of truth for learning content, progress tracking, and compliance training. Go1 worked closely with the team to build a flexible system around their vision, and the results included improved participation/completion rates from about 70% to 85–90%, better compliance oversight, and increased employee engagement, with staff more actively suggesting training to add to Go1.
